I am happy to report that because of your actions, and those of gun owners throughout the state, Constitutional Carry bill HB 131 overwhelmingly passed<\/u><\/strong> the Louisiana House of Representatives by a bipartisan, veto-proof margin of 71 to 29<\/a>, and has advanced to the Louisiana Senate!<\/p>\n Constitutional Carry bill HB 131<\/a> restores the ability of law-abiding gun owners, 18 years and older,\u00a0<\/strong>to carry a concealed handgun in the state of Louisiana without a permit, subject to the carry restrictions identified in subsections (M) and (N) of the concealed handgun permit statute La.
