Democrats have re-introduced bills in both the House and the Senate to allow Joe Biden and Kamala Harris to PACK the court with FOUR NEW LIBERAL JUSTICES.<\/span> The bills are H.R. 3422 and S. 1616.<\/strong><\/p>\n If this court-packing scheme passes, it would be a death sentence for both the Second Amendment and our constitutional Republic.<\/strong><\/p>\n These unelected left-wing clones of Sotomayor and Kagan would rubber stamp whatever gun control restrictions are imposed by Biden via executive action.<\/span><\/p>\n It would almost certainly doom our ongoing legal battle to overturn Biden\u2019s ban on 40,000,000 pistols with attached stabilizing braces, which could end up before the Supreme Court.<\/em><\/p>\n This \u201cnew court\u201d would also vote to OVERTURN the court\u2019s landmark decisions in Bruen<\/em> and eventually, even Heller<\/em> \u2013 ERASING your God-given right to keep and bear arms overnight.<\/p>\n Even if it passes in the Senate, our best shot at killing this dangerous bill will be in the House.
