As a result, more than 250,000 veterans have been deprived of their Second Amendment rights and can no longer access or possess a firearm \u2013 all without having committed any crime, without the constitutional due process necessary for the deprivation of a right, and sometimes without knowing or consenting to it.<\/p>\n

It wouldn\u2019t be surprising if either you or someone related to you has spent time serving in the military. But the Biden administration is hellbent on disarming those who served our nation honorably.<\/p>\n
Thankfully, Chairman of the House Veterans’ Affairs Committee Mike Bost introduced Amendment #35 to a VA appropriations bill (H.R. 4366) that would prohibit the VA from arbitrarily transmitting veterans\u2019 information to the NICS.<\/u><\/p>\n
