Here are some of our recent victories and battles across the nation:<\/span><\/p>\n GOA and GOF secure a Temporary Restraining Order against New Mexico carry ban!<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n <\/p>\n On September 13<\/span>th<\/span>, in U.S. District Court, Gun Owners of America (GOA) and the Gun Owners Foundation (GOF) secured a TRO against New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham\u2019s gross and egregious violation of the U.S. Constitution through her \u201cpublic health order\u201d to unlawfully ban the carrying of firearms in Albuquerque.<\/span><\/p>\n GOA\u2019s Senior Vice President, Erich Pratt said:<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cWe are ecstatic that Judge Urias agreed with us that Governor Grisham simply can\u2019t trash the Constitution whenever she sees fit. Gun Owners of America will continue pressing to extend this Temporary Restraining Order into a permanent order. And we will not rest until all those in New Mexico who played a role in this action are held accountable for this gross assault on our rights.\u201d<\/span><\/i>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Read more <\/span>here<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n _____________________________________________________________________________<\/span><\/p>\n GOA Lawsuit forces ATF to backtrack on revoking FFL from North Dakota gun store!<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n Gun Owners of America (GOA) and the Gun Owners Foundation (GOF) are excited to announce that the ATF has backed down from attempting to revoke the FFL license of Morehouse Enterprises in Valley City, North Dakota.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Previously, GOA and GOF had filed <\/span>a lawsuit in defense<\/span><\/a> of the gun retailer, which does business as Bridge City Ordnance.\u00a0 The company was facing the loss of its license due to minor paperwork errors, which under the <\/span>new Biden \u201cZero Tolerance\u201d policy<\/span><\/a>, was grounds for revocation.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Read more <\/span>here<\/span><\/a>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n _____________________________________________________________________________<\/span><\/p>\n 95% of comments on Biden\u2019s lead ammo ban were opposed to the rule<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n Those who despise the Second Amendment never seem to stop. So far, they have been unable to completely ban firearms, so their latest attack on our gun rights involves banning commonly used ammunition.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n As GOA warned our members last year, the first step in this process involves the Biden Administration\u2019s plans to ban lead ammunition on eight National Wildlife Refuges in the eastern United States. On this front, he miserably failed.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Gun owners have no one else to thank more than themselves. Your enduring and relentless emails, phone calls, and grassroots pressure made the concept of red flags so impalpable that such legislation made no meaningful progress.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n This is a big win! A few months ago, some believed that red flags could become law in Tennessee.
