Representative David Meuse has submitted a legislative service request to require background checks for private firearm sales and waiting periods for all firearm purchases in New Hampshire.<\/span><\/strong> An LSR is a filing made by a legislator for a proposed bill that is drafted by the Office of Legislative Services. By the time the new legislative session begins in January, this LSR will have officially become a bill.<\/p>\n

New Hampshire in one of the safest, freest, pro-gun states in the Union — and diluting our Second Amendment rights will NOT keep it that way.<\/p>\n
