Washington, D.C. \u2013 Spokesmen with\u00a0Gun Owners of America<\/a>\u00a0(GOA) issued the following statements in reaction to the White House issuing a\u00a0new executive order on gun control<\/a>\u00a0this afternoon.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Erich Pratt, GOA\u2019s Senior Vice President, issued the following statement:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n “The White House just made a huge mistake by reminding gun owners of Kamala\u2019s radical, gun-grabbing agenda, with the election a mere month or so away. Kamala Harris just claimed responsibility for each infringement\u2014every banned gun and part\u2014by ATF in the last four years, so we are pushing back and calling her out.\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n Aidan Johnston, GOA\u2019s Director of Federal Affairs, added:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cShockingly, Kamala Harris is weaponizing the \u2018enhanced background check\u2019 for young adults into a tool for gun confiscation. If an existing gun owner goes to purchase a new firearm legally, the government may \u2018red flag\u2019 them instead and seize their currently owned firearms in the process.
