Washington, D.C. \u2013\u00a0Gun Owners of America<\/a>\u00a0(GOA) and Gun Owners Foundation (GOF) spokesmen issued the following statements after the Second Circuit once again largely upheld New York\u2019s poorly named “Concealed Carry Improvement Act” earlier today.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cThis is an incredibly frustrating ruling. The Second Circuit got it wrong the first time, SCOTUS told them so and said try again, and this nearly identical ruling is a slap in the face to the Justices and every gun owner across New York,\u201d\u00a0<\/em>said Erich Pratt, GOA\u2019s Senior Vice President.\u00a0<\/strong>\u201cWe will continue the fight against Gov. Hochul and anti-gun legislators in Albany until New Yorkers can finally carry for self-defense without infringement.”\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n Sam Paredes, on behalf of the board for GOF, added:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cThis ruling will continue to leave innocent New Yorkers, who simply want the ability to protect themselves and their loved ones, defenseless.
