A judge just ruled that New York\u2019s new law \u2013 which requires citizens to give records of their social media history to the government to determine their eligibility to conceal carry \u2013 has imposed \u201cunprecedented constitutional violations.\u201d<\/p>\n
This victory is not limited to New York. It\u2019s a victory against every local and state anti-gun government across the country that was hoping to establish a loophole to the Supreme Court\u2019s recent pro-2A Bruen decision.<\/p>\n
